These support lines are organised by need. Add official WHSF virtual numbers when they are ready, then connect them to WhatsApp Business, Twilio, Google Voice or a local call-centre provider.

WHSF is organising support channels so students, volunteers, partners and community members can receive clear guidance for learning, programmes, certificates and urgent concerns.
Request help
This form prepares an email in your device’s email app. It helps WHSF receive clear details about the issue, the person needing support and the programme involved.
Common issues
Check your email/password, confirm your account if required, then request student support if the issue continues.
Confirm that your teacher has issued the certificate, then check the course certificate section or verification page.
Choose “Volunteer desk” in the support form and include your skills, location and availability.
Select “Safeguarding or urgent concern” and include the suspicious link, screenshot details and where you found it.
