These support lines are organised by need. Add official WHSF virtual numbers when they are ready, then connect them to WhatsApp Business, Twilio, Google Voice or a local call-centre provider.

Send a structured message to WHSF support.

This form prepares an email in your device’s email app. It helps WHSF receive clear details about the issue, the person needing support and the programme involved.

Official email info@worldhsfoundation.org For urgent safety concerns, include “URGENT” in the subject line.

Your message will open in your email app addressed to WHSF.

Common issues

Quick answers before contacting support.

I cannot sign in.

Check your email/password, confirm your account if required, then request student support if the issue continues.

My certificate is missing.

Confirm that your teacher has issued the certificate, then check the course certificate section or verification page.

I want to volunteer.

Choose “Volunteer desk” in the support form and include your skills, location and availability.

I found a fake WHSF page.

Select “Safeguarding or urgent concern” and include the suspicious link, screenshot details and where you found it.
