World Humanitarian Support Foundation
The WHSF STEM Competition & Award is a flagship innovation challenge that identifies and supports young STEM innovators developing technology‑driven solutions to real social, environmental, and humanitarian challenges. Organized by the World Humanitarian Support Foundation (WHSF), it provides a dedicated platform for girls and emerging women tech leaders to showcase bold ideas in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Participants present pitch decks, prototypes, and video demonstrations, gaining mentorship and expert exposure. Winners receive grants, incubation, and access to WHSF innovation hubs. The competition promotes creativity, ethical STEM innovation, and empowers young women to build impactful, future‑ready solutions for their communities.
The STEM Competition and Award is scheduled for November 25, 2026. The pitch competition application is now open and is FREE for all applicants!
The application deadline is Tuesday, June 30 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
This competition is limited to girls and young women ages 16 - 25

The WHSF STEM Competition & Award is a premier platform for startups to showcase their technology, pitch innovative STEM solutions, and connect with leading investors, corporations, and industry experts. Finalists will present their products or services to an audience of over 400 investors, corporate leaders, and ecosystem supporters.

Finalists also receive dedicated demo space during the event, enabling one‑on‑one networking with potential partners and funders. Each finalist receives complimentary registration, an All‑In Badge granting access to all programming—including the 2026 STEM Music Festival—and professional coaching to strengthen their pitch.

Participants gain opportunities for 1:1 meeting with innovation leaders, visibility across WHSF media channels, and the chance to win up to ₦500,000 in prize funding.
